How does a broker get paid?
Brokers get paid a commission by the lenders. There is generally no charge to you - if there is we'll tell you first.
Aspire is a member of the New Zealand Mortgage Brokers Association (NZMBA) which means we follow the NZMBA Code of Ethics and Standards. We will recommend products that are the best for you.
It's also not in our best interests to do anything other than get the best deal for our client. Like many businesses we get a lot of business by word of mouth.
